Hoofprint Meadows is located just miles north of Columbia, South Carolina, where humans connect with horses amidst secluded and serene rolling hills.
Why Horses?
As prey animals whose survival depends on their keen perception, horses are able to read our emotions and even intentions. Their commanding size can help us overcome our anxieties and fears. In a herd, horses each have a role to play, demonstrating a highly developed social system which can serve as a model for our relationships. Horses offer non-judgmental, honest feedback. The relationships formed with a horse are real, long-lasting and meaningful.
